When I asked about those two dates weeks ago, the expectation is that you will follow up instead of me having to keep track of everything you do and follow up for you. If you see that I asked a third time last Friday and the dates are for today, October 18, please don't wait until the last minute or for me to ask you a 4th time about this. See I like the job itself. It's at a school. So the kids are great. Literally SHE is the issue. I have been looking for work tbh. My previous bosses all were neurodivergent and already had systems in place that I didn't even realize were there. This boss doesn't give a shit either way. Loves waiting time telling me everything I'm not doing than just giving me space to do the work
