I (19M) struggle with both remembering to eat, and taking action when it comes time to eat.
I don’t have any underlying problems surrounding food, in fact I love food and that’s why I’m following the career path of a Chef, but I’m always finding that I don’t eat enough and as such I’m losing weight, and always end up with low energy and sometimes even in bouts of Hypoglycaemia.
Does anyone have any suggestions/tips surrounding building a better structure for when I eat?
Any responses are appreciated, thanks in advance.
