What should I know to date a guy with ADHD?

I just reconnected with a boyfriend after 23 years (oh yeah, I'm old). He got diagnosed with ADHD which is a sure fire reason we didn't last long in high school (oh, yeah and I was 15).

I am super calm, and can get overwhelmed when too much information is flying at me. Or, if someone is bouncing around like tigger and asking me rapid fire questions.

Despite this, we have some serious chemistry. I would like to date this guy, but am afraid we will hurt each others feelings over our different basic needs.

ADHD(ers) what should I do and how do I approach this in a kind and compassionate way?
