Need help finding Occupational Therapy for ADHD adults or Executive Functioning Coaching in the USA that isn't exorbitantly expensive

I've finally realized that my issues can no longer be addressed solely through mental health therapy.
I tried Googling occupational therapists who treat adults with ADHD but could only find pediatric OTs. I did try to find an OT through my insurance, but they seem to only address physical conditions.
I also tried finding Executive Functioning Coaches, but they cost $160 per hour per session. I don't have that kind of money.
How can I find a service that I can afford? Thanks.
