How does medication affect phone use ?

I feel like I use my phone a lot less when I am medicated . I am currently unmedicated and constantly on my phone doing a variety of things. Tired of wasting so much time on it. I feel like my mental health would be a lot better if I used my phone less too. I am planning to be medicated again. Just have to wait for some ecg results.
Oh and if anyone’s got any tips for reducing phone use while I wait for the meds, I would be grateful. :)
