More motivation in the afternoon?

So I generally am useless to get anything done in the morning (unless i literally have to) and I always gain my motivation/focus around 3pm…wondering how this relates to adhd at all , if it does, and if anyone has any articles on this?

I take 20mg xr of adderall daily but regardless of whether I skip or take it most of my ability to start and complete tasks starts around 3pm.

I’m off this summer and have basically decided to not even attempt a task until 3pm- is it just my circadian rhythm and if so where/how could i learn more about my personal circadian rhythm?
