Sorry for the repost, don’t know if this is the right place to post this, I don’t have an official diagnosis but this problem has me wondering if it would be worth asking a doctor. For a long while I have been very under-stimulated and bored all the time. I don’t get out much so maybe that contributes to it since I probably need to do more in my free time. I drink like 3 cups of coffee a day and it doesn’t give me a particularly energetic feeling and I can easily go take a nap after drinking it. I find myself thinking about the stimulation I do get on occasion and wanting more of it to an unhealthy degree, like when I got drunk for the first time I couldn’t stop thinking about being fucked up after because it felt fun compared to my day to day life. Not expecting anyone here to play internet doctor but I just want some guidance on wtf to do.
