For a while I’ve struggled mentally with just generally how my brain works. For as long as I remember I have never been a very academic person who just scraped by high school and college level. For a while now I’ve been thinking about going to doctor to see if they can identify if I have ADHD or not as I’m getting very frustrated with the way my brain works. I’ve been reading into posts here and been relating to a lot of things like rewarding yourself the whole day because you did a little task that you thought about for ages and eventually did it or knowing that there are many things you could be doing, this is a main one for me, but because there’s too much things to do I do nothing. I have felt major vertigo over the past 3 years and have started to think it may be in relation to ADHD as I’ve heard it can be, having major tiredness and brain fog all the time. Can anyone give advice on my situation and maybe ask me some questions to maybe identify if I have ADHD as I feel like whatever I have I need some sort of help to sort it out. Thanks.
