How do you deal with it? I’m being consumed by it and never realized it until this year.

Speaking to my therapist he pointed it out to me during one of the conversations and what I was going through at work. Recently I also feel RSD heightened when certain people didn’t wish me a happy birthday or didn’t invite me to their events, weddings, etc.

I’m realizing that I may not be as appreciated by people that I really appreciate and cherish. The advice I get is “don’t let that bother you” or “what are you, 5?” And it’s really not, it’s this RSD.

Just wondering if anyone else here deals with it?
