Randomly losing appetite?

does this ever happen to anyone else? Like I'm eating and I'm still hungry but Food and the concept of eating in general lost all it's appeal and now I don't want to finish my food even though I'm hungry???
I also am autistic and can't tell what part of my brain is causing this so if this isn't an adhd specific thing I apologize!
