Disappointed and don’t know what to do.

I have a grad school project due that I’m behind on.
I took two of my Vyvanse today thinking it would help. 80mg total.
Still didn’t do shit, just sat on the couch.
Should I switch meds? I wish I had a good doctor I can talk too cause if I mention to her to try something else she’ll just take me off stimulant and try some other non adhd shit.
I feel defeated. :/
