My food fixation is unreal. For the last 4 years, I’ve been eating the same breakfast. Which goes as followed:
4 scrambled eggs, 4 egg whites
2 hash browns
Side of beans/toast
Coffee
I woke up all the sudden last week and absolutely despise this breakfast now. But I also can’t find a breakfast that I like to replace it. This week’s breakfast change up is a healthy breakfast sandwich, side of oatmeal and coffee. It’s okay but there’s no change up in texture.
I’m also changing the snack that I like because I can’t find the “right one.” Last week it was dark chocolate covered almonds, this week it’s anything popcorn related or anything covered in cheese (powdered).
I’m assuming food fixation is just a chase for dopamine, but my god this is soooo annoying. This sounds so psychotic, I know.
