How do you guys feel about parking your body and running around in your heads?
I find it to be great at times, unless Iām driving or doing anything important.
I spend on average 4 hours a day driving. More often than naught Iām not there. I have to go to the kitchen 3 times to get a cup of water. Because the first I āthought too muchā about and therefore wiped it from memory. Second time id just go to the bathroom instead if something in there caught my eye for a split second. Bupropion/lithium combo helps, but now I anticipate too much and becomes twitchy. Anticipating other peopleās sentences helps at work when Iām dealing with someone and thereās a language barrier. But I digress. Surprised youāre still here, lol. Unfortunately I am now shitting my brains out over eating a cream cheese on a bagel from this morning, and then thereās the endless thirst and peeing buckets. No I do not recommend for weight loss, although I have lost 15 pounds in a month. This combo will give you adhd.
