Hi All
Recently diagnosed and - to be honest - has made everything make a whole lot more sense!! Life has been a battle with depression, social anxiety, stress, lack of any sense of self worth.
I have a simple question - short of locking yourself away, how do you all get anything really productive done?
I have some things I want to learn/work I need to do, but I often find that I'll sit down with the best intentions of doing something productive, then get sidetracked after a few minutes and find myself hours later, usually gaming, and having gotten nowhere. This is inevitably followed by the typical self deprecating thoughts...etc.
So - any tips/words of wisdom you may all have?
thanks!!
