I can only focus with other people around?

This might sound stupid but it’s just something I observed and I want to see if anyone gets it but I started to realize a pattern. I’m unable to focus on tasks when I’m alone. I’m constantly distracted and I jump around and do other things or get on my phone and scroll for hours and read unnecessary shit. Like yes who doesn’t do that buttttttttt

…I realize when I’m on FaceTime with my friend I kind of snap out of whatever BS I’m doing and I catch myself starting to clean or do the things I had planned for the day. Or nights when my roommate comes home I come out and talk to them then also I get an urge to do work or chores and I am actually able to focus on the tasks that I’m doing with someone else around. I won’t even be in the same room as them but I guess just their presence in the other room makes me more focused???? I think I’m overthinking this too much I feel like vomiting.

Is this a normal human thing and I’m just bored and making things up in my head?

Also I’m not diagnosed with ADHD or anything like that but I’ve always questioned it due to my lack of focus when it comes to anything and I’m often so forgetful and distracted my friends call me an ADHD freak but as a joke lol idk guys make fun of me give me your two cents share your own stories just speaking out loud here
