Is it okay to take Retalin with Lexapro?

Post Body

I take Lexapro on a daily basis and use Retalin when needed. I hate Retalin. If Im supposedly in an anxious mood, the train of thoughts kills me for atleast an hour before it settles. When I inquired about this to me psychiatrist she said that it might be because I had less food earlier. And Retalin also doesnโ€™t feel like a medication that gives effect on longer term but just like coffee to work at that moment. I also feel the nauseous sometimes. Are there any other suggested medications that can have long term effects.
