ADHD people who don't have access to medication, how are you handling it?

Post Body

I'm sure there are many of us who are struggling with ADD but do not have access to proper medication for one reason or another.

Personally, learning more about this condition helped me shape my life in a way that allows me to function.

Coping mechanisms and strategies geared towards ADD individuals actually help somewhat, compared to generic advice geared towards neurotyphicals.

I'm just trying to make the best of what I have.

Knowing that one day I will be able to get medication and my life will improve really drives me forward.

Anyone else struggling in the same manner? What's your mindset and how do you manage?
