can y'all drop your best tricks for establishing routines and (mostly) sticking to them? I'm struggling with before bed routine the most but morning and literally any other time would be appreciated. I don't looove apps bc i get too distracted by my phone so not screen dependent resources would be awesome. (but if u know of the best app in the whole world for ADHD I'd love the rec).
