Can't pick up Key

There's a house Just west of the longhouse in Hemthorpe with a key inside it. the key appears in Oden's vision and when I fly the hawk but When I stand by the satchel that should have the key I don't get the queue to pick it up. I have restarted the app and my ps4. Any suggestions? I have 101 hours in the game and I'm not restarting.
