I know this has probably been said before on this sub but it must be said again! Everyone should watch Vikings and The Last Kingdom before playing this game, it truly makes the experience soooooOoo much better. So much so that I honestly think if you’ve played this game fully before and haven’t seen either one you’ve unknowingly made a big mistake. So much lore missed out on but so much to catch up on! Lagertha’s Axe, Rollo’s lost dane axe, Ragnar’s whole quest and cut scene to name a few. This game gets a bad rep because AC games used to be the size of just Jorvik and they made one of the biggest open world games ever when in reality this is one of the best next gen open world rpg’s ever made (hot takee) and one of the most successful ac games ever and is still growing 4 years later. skal
