Ac Valhalla DLC question

So I’ve got a free trial of Ubisoft until next week and I was playing through the dlcs for Valhalla and realised I won’t get through the whole game in the 7 days. I will get the dlcs done but not the free forgotten saga and the last goodbyes which I want to complete. I own the game but obviously not the dlc so when my trial expires will I be able to uninstall the dlcs and continue my game without them or will my save file be locked off until I get the dlc back?
