Trading/Selling Info

My main town of Gotham has a ton of stuff I don't want any more and it's spilling onto the town tree lot so I'd like to get rid of as much of it as possible. I'm willing to accept reasonable lower offers (like 50k for a Saharah items is good, 25k is not).

All items will be placed on the ground around my town tree as my entire town is covered in paths, I'd still prefer no one to run though.
