I Want To Start A Neighborhood ACT Tutoring Group. Ideas please??

My plan right now is to set up a free tutoring group at the local church or community building. I think I want it to be a 2 month long class style study group where we meet 3 times a week for maybe an hour or two. Would this be feasible? Does anybody have a good curriculum or something to follow? I just think it would be great to help some of the underprivileged kids in my community get a leg up on the test. I don’t know I’m just brainstorming rn any input would help.
