Idk if I’m just dumb but....

Is reading supposed to be hard on the act? Cuz I just took my first practice act and got a 32.5(36 science, 34 math, 35 English, 25 reading). I found myself with basically no time to do the last passage. What are y’all strategies for the reading section, because if I can get like a 31/32, my composite score will be solid.
