How can I improve math and science?

I’m trying to get a composite superscore of at least 35 so I can get into MIT and I definitely need to improve in math and science. The difficult thing is, some of the questions on math are things I’ve never learned before. It’s hard to remember some formulas or methods to solve something when I’ve barely/never learned it. I haven’t looked at the breakdown for science yet, but I felt pretty confident during the test and am very disappointed. I need advice on how to improve/practice in math and science.
