AR camera question

So I've tried using the AR camera but I get this weird message and I cannot figure out what they mean.
Also, I've been playing the game as usual since the AR update so I'm not sure what is going on.
The message says:

Did I somehow slide under the radar and I'm still able to play and just not able to use AR?
