28(M)I found out from my younger sister that my parents are filing for divorce. Neither parent has told me. I’m mostly confused, help?

I’ve got a BA psych, so I’m familiar with therapy concepts/ the premise of divorce. I guess I’m asking if there are any resources; I feel like my concept of “home” is destroyed and the rug has been pulled out from under my feet. Thanks for the help!
