For people who don’t get surgery, what exercises have you been doing?
Post Body

I just really dont want to get surgery tbh. Im pretty active and i get extremely bored (and depressed, like really depressed) if i do nothing and i cant imagine being bedridden. Idk i feel like i will get surgery but not anytime soon :/. I completely tore my ACL, and meniscus tear

so i just wanna know for those of you who dont get surgery, what exercises have you been doing? im doing elliptical, swimming, peloton, yoga and while they’re all okay i really wanna dance and run. I heard running is ok as long as you run straight. Have any of you done this? Thank you
