Internal brace for MCL
Post Body

I was searching for information about internal brace, as this week I found out the surgeon did one on my MCL - pretty much everything I read is about internal brace for ACL and talking to my friends that are ortho surgeons in Brasil they say it’s not a common thing to do there (for ACL and or MCL). My PT said it doesn’t change anything on my protocol and that the only thing is that the MCL incision is a little bit more pissed off than normal. And yes, it is! It’s the area that is super numb and painful to touch, not even thinking about the heat in that area (no infections, no nothing, just increased blood flow in that area). Anyone here with internal brace and what are your outcomes?
