Picking up new hobbies post recovery?
Post Body

Hey everyone I’m 1 week post ACL/Meniscus surgery.

Have any of you picked up new “knee-friendly” hobbies/exercises post recovery? I’m thinking about doing Spin classes every so often and weight lifting a lot more. I’m thinking PT will slingshot me to adjusting to both pretty decently.

I used to do Muay Thai and boxing prior to my injury. I fear the constant pivoting motions from combat sports probably won’t mix well with a reconstructed knee. Ironically I tore my ACL playing baseball. Appreciate any feedback!
