Hi all. I'm 35 out of San Diego. I completely tore my acl in Feb finally had surgery yesterday morning..They used part of my hamstring to make the new acl. The surgery was what I expected. I don't get nervous about stuff. Using crutches is no fun! Pain isn't bad with all the meds & I have tons of cbd and weed! I think the process is going to suck for a few weeks and then it will be fine. Life goes by so fast. Like it will basically be Christmas tomorrow. Not really but time doesn't stop ticking. I don't think it's a horrible experience not great but what the hell 😕 I get to lay in bed. I've been a bartender for 15 years. I am super social so this is a little tough 😅. However between my roommate, friends, and my boyfriend (and that weed) I will be fine. I hope everyone is trucking along. We got this.
