Hello everyone!
I wanted to share the story of my ACL recovery that I penned down in my blog.
I tore my ACL in March 2022 while Skiing in India, and it took me roughly 11 months to get back to Skiing in Jan/ Feb 2023. A lot of you are in different phases of the ACL injury and rehab process, and I'm sure you'll find something relevant for you in this blog.
