acl sprain
Post Body

19 M, in june of 2023 i received acl reconstructive surgery and was only able to receive physical therapy from september 2023 until january 2024, recently i started lifting a little heavy on leg days and i also started doing come drills. Yesterday when i was doing cone drills with cleats i was decelerating at a 90-110 degree angle when i heard a pop. At the moment the pain is very mild 3-4/10 and i can bend my knee but it feels unstable. How worried should i be?
