Get back to running sooner
Post Body

Runners who have returned after just ACLr surgery - what exercises do you think helped you get back to running?

I’m 4 weeks post op (ACLr only, no meniscus damage). I’ve been power walking at incline, doing squats, assisted lunges and more but when I try to jog just for a moment, I immediately feel a medium-level pain in my knee. Desperate to get back to running (at least on a treadmill), but safely. This time of year is my favorite time to run, so I’m missing it extra 🥲
