I’m 1.5 weeks post op from an ACLr (quad graft, no meniscus repair) and when I went to stand from a seated position yesterday (without my brace on), I felt a sudden hot sharp pain in my knee kind of following the incision where they sourced my graft. It throbbed for a few minutes but I hobbled it off. The pain subsided. I had PT in the afternoon and did some challenging stuff with her. This morning I woke up in the worst pain since the nerve block wore off (probably day 2?). It’s a sharp ache that is fairly unrelenting, but seems to feel slightly better when I flex my quad.
Did I injure something? Is this just normal recovery pain?
My doctor is incredibly unresponsive so even though I reached out to him this morning, I was hoping to get other opinions in the meantime.

I just stood from a sitting position while holding a box that was probably 15-20lbs. It’s way more sore today than it has been the last week, and I just feel concerned.
