Why is Fly on the wall so hated?

Maybe I'm biased. I'm a metalhead through and through. I remember watching music videos of this album in the basement with my uncle. I loved watching them. Then I got older and found out this album is considered the "black sheep" of AC/DC?

I heard it's because of the production but I don't hear it? I saw a comment saying that "Shake your Foundations" was better on Who made Who but in my opinion it sounds empty. Is this just because it sounds like it came from the 80's?

Help me understand.

EDIT: So I listened to some more of Powerage, and I gotta say it is kickin. Thanks for notifying me.
