ACC not launching from steam?

My pc is super highly speced so I doubt it doesn’t meet system requirements, but every time I boot up ACC from steam it runs for 10 sec and crashes. No windows open up and task manager only shows 2 background processes opening up for a short amount of time. How can I launch ACC????

Have a look what other software is running, terminate those processes one at a time to find the conflict.

Things like Razor Synapse, RGB software, etc etc

It could even be a background service or even firewall permission blocking network access.
