I don't think the bra fit calculator is giving me an accurate recommendation

I was recommended a 38J, but I'm currently wearing 40G and 40H and they are way too big now. I've been nursing the last 4.5 years but now we've cut down a lot, and I've lost quite a bit of weight this year also, so the cups of my bras are way too big. I have super soft breast tissue now. How do I figure out my accurate size?
