Confused about sizing (28B/28C) + where to buy

I fit Pepper's All You bra in 32AA really well, but I recently did the calculator and it says that I'm a 28B or 28C. I've never tried 28B (that's a whole different issue - trying to find a retailer, thinking about checking out the Little Bra Company during Black Friday). Are 28B and 32AA somewhat comparable in sizing?
Also feel free to list retailers for 28B! I've heard of Boux Ave and The Little Bra Company. I'm located in the US.
