[Recommendations] T-Shirt Bra That's Narrow and Projected in 28J/30HH?

Hi folks, just what it says in the title. I could really use a nice molded cup, plain t-shirt bra around 28HH/J or 30HH, with a preference towards a 28 band. I'm very narrow and projected. My best-fitting bra right now is an Ewa Michalak SF cut bra in 65H. I usually size down a cup in EM.
I've tried a couple of Bravissimo's molded cups and they have been wayyyy too shallow and very uncomfortable. I'm sized out of a lot of options, unfortunately.
