So a popular plus-size blogger has launched a new line of bras and panties. There are already several articles about it, including this one. It looks to be more size-inclusive and the models are a variety of sizes.
I don't know much about the brand, so maybe that's a "no-no" for this post, but I've looked into it a bit, and here's what I think so far.
The collection is small but pretty. The price are typical of a high-end (or at least a nicer) brand for the most part. They average out at around $50 for most bras and around $20 for most panties. Some of the bra sizes they offer are grouped together in a way that makes me a little hesitant. For example, one bra is available in a "36DD/E" or a "36DDD/F," among other sizes. I kind of understand why they did that, but I also wonder if it would be better to offer those sizes separately.
As far as the products are concerned, the line offers a satin pajama set, several different bras, and a few styles of underwear. I'm really particular about the fit of my underwear, so the styles they offer are really pretty, but it's a no for me. The satin pajamas are also really pretty, but satin is sweltering for me to sleep in, so that would also be a no for me personally.
The bras also look really nice, but I don't know much about the depth, height and width of their cups. With that said, I am really curious about the Celeste Sequined Embroidered Bra. I can't quite tell if its a demi-cup or a balconette, but it is the only functional bra I've ever seen where the cups are truly level rather than angled. In angled cups, no matter what size or brand I try, my breasts just collapse toward the middle of the bra, leaving a huge strap gap on the sides. If the extra strapping down the middle is removable, I am that much more interested.
Thoughts? Comments? Is anyone else intrigued by the new line?
