So I just read about a new company that sells nude-colored bras. They promise to create a nude color that matches every skin tone. And the fit is supposed to be good, too.
On their Kickstarter page, they say this:
"TruNudeâ„¢ is dedicated to ensuring that your color matches and your bra fits."
Basically they use an app to "calculate" a matching skin tone. They also say they take measurements to ensure a proper fit:
"We also offer cup sizes AA-M, a range of wing sizes, and tools to measure yourself."
I am assuming that, once the site goes live in March 2017, you will get to choose a style and enter your measurements. They don't say whether the sizing is American, UK, etc. They don't say exactly what measurements they ask for. Also, what's a wing size??
At the bottom of the Kickstarter page, under FAQs, you can ask a question. I started to ask them about how they ensure the correct fit, what measurements they ask for, etc. But you have to be a member, and I don't feel like dealing with that right now.
By the way, the bras are $100 each.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this? i am intrigued, but not sold.
