I'm a 34M, bi/gray-ace, lifestyle Little/Middle. I maintain a discreet public life, but I've been back in adult diapers 24/7 for several years now, come home to a small army of stuffed animals each night, and tend to flip between buttoned-up, professional attire and cutesy kidcore clothes.

Similarly, while I do a lot of what would probably be characterized as "intellectual" work, I spend a lot of time in my personal life feeling like kind of a "make-believe" adult. I feel like I struggle with a lot of "grown-up" obligations, from socializing to keeping on top of chores at home to some self-care stuff. I definitely do better at following instructions from someone else than taking care of myself, left to my own devices. (Possibly related, I was recently diagnosed with autism.)

So, I'm hoping to connect with dominant or switch-y types who would enjoy playing around with that kind of dichotomy. Train or push me into being an embarrassingly dependent, dorky, dumb, little thing around you. Condescend to me, take over making decisions for me, and remind me that it's all for my own good, because I'm just too hapless and helpless to manage on my own. Interest in helping push me towards full diaper-dependence is especially welcome.

This could take a lot of different possible forms. I enjoy micromanaging, if you want to set rules or actively take over deciding basic things like what I'll wear for the day. Or we can keep it more casual and have playdates where you put me in my place however you please!
