Heyy there, this is a roleplay idea based into another universe (or 1000s of years in the future). I got the inspiration from another rp idea I saw.

So; we live in the far far future, where there is big issue with overpopulation. The laws made things even worse, the balance was even more unbalanced and people were asking for a solution. The solution came from a group of scientists and government people to divide people in 2 groups: the bigs and the littles.

Each year when people turn 20 yo they take a test, the outcome decides if they belong to the big or little group. If they are big they continue their lives, like nothing happened, but when they are considered little, they get a vaccine that make them go mentally back to a toddler or a baby. The government counts all the little that get the results and all the littles that take the vaccine, to make sure everyone follows the law.

There is an entire infrastructure so that the little ones and their families are comfortable, from daycare centres, special schools, centres, and stores for little ones, parks, etc. This way, everyone is comfortable and life is comfortable and easy for the little ones and their families.

When I turn 20 years old, I take the test as well. Hoping that I'm a big, as my family really won't accept me as a little. But when the envelope with the results came in, and it shows in capital letters that I'm a little. Not only the letter with results, but also the vaccine to become a little was in the envelope. I'm immediately kicked out on the street, while it was storming hard outside.

As I walk alone on the streets, hurt and scared, how to go forward. I try to find a shelter, but cause this is such a well-organized infrastructure, there are no homeless people. So I get ushered away everywhere I go. Eventually I find a bus stop where I can take shelter. As I hide myself in the corner to try to stay out of the big storm. Even tho I'm already absolutely drenched and cold.

I try to get some sleep during the night, but as the storm keeps getting stronger, hearing all kinds of scary sounds. Plus, I start to get sick already from being outside in this bad weather. I saw a car driving by late in the night, as it keeps driving by a few more times until it stops.

You (and your wife/husband) are a big that desperately wants a little to care for. As you got a job at the government, you heard the panic and commotion when the government discovered that one little didn't take the vaccine. You immediately start searching for me, in the hopes to find me before the government does and safe me from their experiments.

As you drive by the bus stop to make sure you really found the little with no vaccine, you come and check on. Because I'm in this stormy weather for so long, I got it so cold and was so sick. You quickly decide to take me in.

We can maybe add this, but that is only if you are also okay with this: The vaccine that alters the little ones has greatly changed things such as removing hair from the body except the head, teeth, etc. permanent changes in personality, such as always sucking their thumb, being affectionate, or having tantrums.
