Hello! I’ve been wearing diapers 24/7 for almost 4 years now, and while I’ve done a lot of hard work learning to just relax and use my diapers, lately I haven’t been able to bring myself to actively untrain like I should. I’ve also gotten into the bad habit of using the toilet instead of messing my diaper most of the time, which I really want to stop doing.
I get shy sometimes and feel a little bad about wanting to not be able to hold it anymore, and I’d love encouragement and convincing that I really need to wear and need diapers forever.
