I'm looking for really just people to talk to for tips, advice, etc. Little or caregiver, doesn't matter. I just need help getting into abdl. I was able to successfully little once and went to bed like that and when I had to go to work the next day in the horrible heat I felt great. I think the sesh really just let me relax for once and I really need that rn. I can only get like semi into it but I always have my gaurd up due to living with people. Any help at all would be great.
