Diapered in the swimming pool?

I've read about ABDLs swimming in diapers (not swim diapers, regular diapers) and seeing how big and thick the diapers can get when they soak up the water. I think this would be really fun, but the problem is that i don't have my own swimming pool and would probably be arrested if I tried to do it at a public pool. I guess I could try it in a bathtub, but it wouldn't be as much fun.
Anyone here ever done it? How did it turn out?
