Adding weight to diapers?

So I really hate the cleanup of messing my diaper. Simulating it works, but there's still a bit of cleanup depending on what is used. I do, however, love the look and feel of a heavy diaper. So I was trying to figure out how I could achieve that without having to do a pain in the ass clean up
I figured getting some kind of smooth weight that I just stick down the back of my diaper would with? Like a hockey puck but heavier. Idk thoughts? Ideas?
