not sure how to feel

I’m used to wearing diapers when I’m comfortable enough, but here lately my seizures are worse to the point I have accidents and have to wear 24-7. I’ve gotten to the point I’m scared to leave the house bc idk how to hide my diapers but I want to be little 24-7 and still feel comfortable. What should I do?
