I wore padding to sleep and it was a very comfortable sleep, dry all night. I also went to bed another night wet and woke up wet so idk if anything happened throughout the night. Another comfy sleep. Next night no padding and I had a double diaper dream and almost wet, but I woke up with a small wet spot on my underwear.
